A deposit is required when booking.
You have 24 hrs to cancel your appointment before you can receive your full refund. 15 min grace period before your appointment is cancelled and deposit is gone. @16 min you will have to go back on my site and reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Unless you are a parent bringing a kid to get serviced NO EXTA GUEST! (no boyfriends/girlfriends,kids,friends)... if you are sick, please let me know so we can reschedule. BE CONSIDERATE!!! I DO NOT service kids who cry and don't sit. I'm sorry. if you want boho added to a style it is 40$ up charge per pack... hair is included for all braiding styles. hair accessories for kids are included also. wash can be added to any service for 20$ upcharge.

Shipping, & Pickup Policy
Shipping is $8 it takes 2-3 business days for your order to process and 5-7 business days for your order being shipped.
There is a $10 local delivery fee. Please check email after you placed an order to have it delivered to check what time we will deliver your package.
Pickup is available for free. You have 24 hours to pickup your order. Please bring confirmation email with you when picking up your order.
